*RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Provide guests with a *personalized shopping experience* and excellent customer service.
* Greet and assist customers using *Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience *Sequence.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently on POS system.
* *Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets*.
* Perform opening and closing duties.
* Collaborate with team to maintain a clean and organized store.
* Stay up to date on Suzanne’s fashion trends and merchandise arrivals.
* Build relationships with guests to create a loyal customer base.
*REQUIREMENTS*
* Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, perform light housekeeping duties.
* Customer service oriented.
* Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
* Friendly positive and outgoing personality.
* Previous sales experience in women’s retail fashion an asset.
* Experience with meeting sales goals/targets an asset.
* Knowledge of POS systems and comfortable with cash register.
* Punctual and reliable.
