Job Title: Research Scientist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of AI models. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the progress and logic of these AI chatbots, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance their quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI chatbots on diverse and complex biology problems to assess their outputs and accuracy
- Analyze the performance of AI models, ensuring they meet the required standards of correctness and efficiency
Requirements
- Masters or PhD in a relevant field (Biology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science) preferred but not required
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in biology, inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking
