Outbound Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our team in an outbound sales role. The successful candidate will be responsible for net-new advertiser acquisition, educating businesses on the value of digital advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns.

As an Account Executive, you will proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers. You will use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers
  • Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus, as well as strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach

In return for your hard work, you can expect:


  • Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission
  • Certification program available to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Flexible working hours from the comfort of your own home
  • A minimum of 32 hours per week, with opportunities to work more if desired

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of validatable sales experience
  • No active contract with another gig while working with us
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check)
  • Ability to do consultative selling to existing leads and source new leads
