About the Account Manager Role:
We tackle complex logistics challenges, simplifying the lives of our customers, and our Account Managers are the driving force behind this magic!. If you’re a motivated, hardworking individual seeking a dynamic and challenging work environment with clear opportunities for career growth, we want you on our team.
As our new Account Manager, you’ll join a team of four within our larger operations group, providing dedicated support to your portfolio of customers.

Your responsibilities will include tracking shipments, pricing and quoting shipments, dispatching logistics service providers, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. In the fast-paced world of transportation, you’ll go above and beyond to ensure our customers never worry about their freight.

Qualifications:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
0-3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
Exceptional communication skills to foster customer relationships and meet their needs.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and strong computer skills.
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred but not required.
The Details and Perks:
This is a full-time permanent position based in our vibrant Burlington office, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Occasional after-hours customer service and tracking may be required.
Competitive salary offered, with additional monthly performance-based bonuses. With demonstrated performance, promotion opportunities can arise as early as 9-12 months into the role, with ample room for career growth within the organization.
