*Qualification:*

· Graduate in any Stream. (Commerce Graduates would be preferred)



*Desired Skills:*

· Good knowledge of Customer Service


· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to comprehend, assess and analyze the customer’s issue and provide appropriate resolution


· Ability to collaborate effectively with team members or other departments

*Technical Skills:*


· Working knowledge of SAP/ Oracle, Workflow tools, MS Office

*Language Proficiency*:


· Excellent Canadian French & English- Writing/Listening/Speaking


*Shift Time*:


· 11am – 8pm

_*Roles and Responsibilities:*_


· Handle customer interactions (telephonic / electronic)

· Maintain quality of customer interaction through empathic listening, comprehension, accurate analysis of the customer’s need and providing resolutions within defined timelines


· Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes per agreed timelines

· Ensure all service requests are handled in accordance to agreed metrics


Job Type: Full-time



Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour


Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Morning shift


Education:
* Secondary School (required)

Experience:
* Customer Service: 3 years (required)
* knowledge of SAP/Oracle, workflow tools, and MS Office: 1 year (required)


Language:
* Excellent French and English (required)
