About the opportunity


The Sales Support Administrator will work closely with our Account Management Team and receive direction from the Manager of Customer Management.

You will be responsible to build and maintain our client portfolio by promoting the Company’s financing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across Canada. You will also be responsible to assist other team members, help manage accounts, and provide ongoing customer support as needed.

Responsibilities


Manage new and existing clients and anticipate capital needs
Plan daily and weekly activities to achieve sales team quotas
Call Active and Inactive merchants offering our services
Collect missing documentation for the Account Management team
Collaborate with the sales, risk, and operations departments to ensure internal process completion
Perform ad hoc administration duties as required to provide optimal sales volume from Account Management colleagues
Perform administrative functions related to completing a prospect’s file and perform data entry as required
Help meet sales targets and communicate progress
Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Account Management department

What you’re bringing to the table


Sales savvy individual with prior business-to-business sales experience
Excellent diplomacy, negotiation, organizational, and information management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingualism (French/English) is a must
Highly organized, self-disciplined with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, rewards-based environment
Ability to prioritize and manage various tasks
Strong understanding of MS products, and Salesforce
