Job Title: System Administrator

Type: Contract (12 months / 1 year)



About the Role

The Systems Administrator serves as the primary technical liaison, ensuring alignment with business definition and requirements. This role is responsible for defining, developing, and configuring value-added enhancements and improvements, while maintaining a holistic view.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of ITSM application (TopDesk) including incidents, enhancements, investigations, and testing.
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and others.
  • Asset lifecycle management.
  • Primarily Level 2 & 3 support.
  • General end-user support (Service Desk, Desktop/Endpoint).


Requirements:
  • Computer Systems related diploma.
  • 3 years related IT experience.
  • ITSM tool administration.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration including SharePoint, Teams.
  • Active Directory.
  • Asset Management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.


Additional Requirements:

The applicant must be eligible to work in Canada and reside within Canada. Final candidates will undergo a comprehensive background check and verification of credentials.
