We are seeking Online Canada-Bound Adult ESL Instructors to meet increasing demand in our educational sector. Opportunities for advancement and a youth program are also available.
Position Information:
- Full-time or part-time roles teaching mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings
- $15.50 to $18.00 CAD per hour, with semi-annual pay increases of $0.50 and performance-based bonuses.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker with a neutral accent
- Canadian citizenship
- Bachelors degree from a Western or English-speaking institution
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, high-speed internet (no Wi-Fi), webcam, and headset
- Minimum availability of 15 hours/week during peak times:
- Sunday-Thursday: 5 pm-8 pm ET
- Monday-Friday: 5 am-11 am ET
- Punctual, reliable, and immediately available to start
- Willingness to adjust schedules for Daylight Saving Time changes
