What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients by:

• Responding to client inquiries and providing ongoing support
• Clearly explaining benefit options and coverage details
• Assisting clients throughout the claims and follow-up process
• Identifying renewal opportunities and coverage updates in coordination with internal teams
• Maintaining accurate client records and documenting interactions
• Assessing client needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions to support long-term goals
