As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team and drive new business growth.
Position Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing and signing new clients for our temp-to-perm staffing services. This role requires a proactive, people-oriented professional with a knack for identifying client needs and closing deals.
You will be a key player in establishing lasting relationships with clients and offering staffing solutions that help their businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new client opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research.
Conduct sales presentations and consultative meetings with prospective clients to highlight the benefits of our temp-to-perm staffing solutions.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to align client needs with staffing capabilities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing or a related industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Ability to independently drive the sales process from lead generation to close.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding targets.
Knowledge of the temp-to-perm staffing model is a plus.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
Hybrid role – in office twice a week
$50,000 to $55,000 to start – plus commission on all clients signed (based on their monthly sales)
