Role Overview


Dive into an exciting role as an Account Executive, joining a collaborative, fast-growing team where you’ll help build and scale our go-to-market engine with strong onboarding, coaching, and peer support to help you succeed. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll navigate real-time iteration, paddle through challenging waves, and shape how we show up and win in the market. This role is ideal for someone with strong competitive drive, deep curiosity, and a passion for mastering the art and science of complex SaaS sales.


Location & Work Arrangement


We’re looking for the right person to join our team, and we want to set you up to ride the wave successfully from day one. To support a strong onboarding experience, you’ll spend your first two months working in office getting immersed in our rhythms, collaborating closely with the team, and building the foundation you need to thrive.



  • Remote option for those outside the region

  • Hybrid option if you’re in the Kitchener/Waterloo area and want to enjoy our amazing space at Catalyst Commons

What You Will Do



  • Generate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in a complex SaaS environment

  • Use data-driven prospecting techniques (“the Science”) to consistently create healthy pipeline

  • Guide prospects through a structured evaluation journey (“the Transition & Curation”)

  • Build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships that lead to successful closing (“the Artform”)

  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy

  • Maintain accurate, disciplined activity and organization in HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Work toward clear weekly production and performance metrics, while focusing on thoughtful, high-quality conversations that create real value for prospects

  • Seek continuous feedback, coaching, and opportunities to level up your craft


What You Need To Be Successful



  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or relationship-based roles (SaaS experience is a plus, not a requirement)

  • Exposure to complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes

  • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Salesforce

  • Proven ability to thrive in a metric-driven, high-velocity environment

  • French is an asset but not required to catch this wave

Compensation


This role offers a competitive compensation package with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $100,000–$150,000, structured as a 50/50 split between base salary and variable commission. This salaried position requires a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. More senior candidates may apply but note that the salary for the position has been set at the range listed.
