Benefits
- Base salary plus bonus ($120,000 to $140,000);

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field.
- Experience in selling solutions, business development of at least 4 years.
- Have a good experience in account management for large organizations.
- Experience in the industrial sector with knowledge of some of the following areas: food and beverage, water treatment, mining and pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of some industrial software in the above sectors will be necessary.
- Having worked with end users, OEMs, system integrators and consultants.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, autonomy, dynamism, responsiveness, resistance to stress.
- Have good analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Bilingualism essential.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA, EAM and engineering software.

Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Work effectively and efficiently to design and execute a strategic business development plan aimed at acquiring new customers and new partners in collaboration with other team members.
- Establish a consulting relationship by identifying current or potential needs and promoting customer retention and account growth.
- Collect, assemble and analyze information in order to plan, develop and present presentations in order to generate a solution for the end user.
- Write detailed, personalized presentations and service offers that are consistent with the company’s practices and values.
- Sell high-end conceptual solutions to the management of manufacturers and industrial companies in a competitive market with existing suppliers.
- Proactively identify market problems, trends and opportunities and stay informed of industry knowledge and the competitive environment.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and support them throughout the process.
- Document and track the various elements of your portfolio as well as sales activities in the management system.
