Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Oakville team. In this role, you will manage invoicing, track payments, and ensure timely collections while maintaining accurate financial records. This position is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and send accurate customer invoices on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounting, invoicing, or accounts receivable preferred.
