About the Position:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible to handle everyday paperwork, reporting and provide administrative support at the branch level. Additional responsibilities include reconciling bank statements as well as secretarial and receptionist duties. The Administrative Assistant is also accountable for drafting, reviewing and editing various time sensitive correspondence and collaborating with other staff at the branch.

As a Canadian Energy team member, a typical week will include the following:
- Basic Bookkeeping functions.
- Reviewing AR schedule on a weekly basis and calling customers for payment.
- Keeping accounts payable up to date, completing daily deposits and sending required forms to the Head Office.
- Responsible for Petty Cash, including monthly reporting and Petty Cash expense report.
- Maintain system entries in Company ERP system (sales order entry, receiving, returns/credit memos, other entries as required)
- Manage customer accounts as per management request. Managing an order from initial entry to customer pick up or delivery.
- Complete and review expense reports, invoices, and other relevant monetary documents
- Provide an exceptional customer experience during Front Counter sales and incoming phone calls.
Location and Work Schedule:
- This position is located in Saint-Eustache.
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- This position will be based onsite with our team at the branch 5 days per week.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at the front counter.
- Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
- Secondary School Diploma required.
- 2-5 years' experience in an Administrative, or relevant role.
- Ability to type 50 words per minute.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to pass a background check.
- Bilingual French/English

LAssistant(e) administratif(ve) sera responsable de la gestion quotidienne de la paperasse, de la prparation de rapports et de lappui administratif au niveau de la succursale. Les responsabilits supplmentaires incluent la rconciliation des relevs bancaires ainsi que des tches de secrtariat et daccueil. LAssistant(e) administratif(ve) est galement charg(e) de rdiger, rviser et corriger diverses correspondances sensibles au facteur temps, tout en collaborant avec les autres membres du personnel de la succursale.

En tant que membre de lquipe Canadian Energy, une semaine type comprendra les tches suivantes:
- Effectuer les fonctions de comptabilit de base.
- Examiner le plan des comptes clients (AR) chaque semaine et contacter les clients pour le paiement.
- Maintenir les comptes fournisseurs (AP) jour, effectuer les dpts quotidiens et envoyer les formulaires requis au sige social.
- tre responsable de la caisse (Petty Cash), y compris la production du rapport mensuel et du relev des dpenses de caisse.
- Maintenir les entres dans le systme ERP de lentreprise (saisie des commandes, rception, retours/crdits, autres entres selon les besoins).
- Grer les comptes clients selon les demandes de la direction, de la saisie de la commande jusqu la livraison ou le retrait par le client.
- Complter et examiner les rapports de dpenses, factures et autres documents financiers pertinents.
- Offrir une exprience client exceptionnelle lors des ventes au comptoir et des appels entrants.
Lieu et horaire de travail:
- Ce poste est bas Saint-Eustache.
- Du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h 17 h.
- Le poste se droule principalement en prsentiel, permettant de collaborer directement avec lquipe de la succursale tous les jours.
Exigences:
- Solides comptences interpersonnelles et capacit tablir et maintenir des relations avec la clientle au comptoir.
- Attitude positive et orientation vers les rsultats.
- Diplme dtudes secondaires requis.
- 2 5 ans dexprience dans un poste administratif ou un rle pertinent.
- Capacit taper 50 mots par minute.
- Excellentes comptences en rsolution de problmes.
- Capacit grer plusieurs priorits dans un environnement dynamique.
- Capacit russir une vrification des antcdents.
- Bilinguisme franais/anglais.
