Administrative and logistics assistant
Under the supervision of the project manager, the administrative and logistics assistant is responsible for performing logistical and administrative tasks at the management team level and providing direct management on site, while ensuring effective communication between the site and the administrative office.

- Responsible for scheduling travel, accommodation, and updating schedules.
- Answering workers' questions about travel and accommodation.
- Supporting training activities so that employees can access the mine site.
- 15/6 work schedule, working directly on site.
What does it take to be an administrative and logistics assistant?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
- Training or experience relevant to the job
- Bilingualism (position based on a work site located in Ontario)
