Toronto, ON</b></p><p><b>Employment Type:</b> Full-Time (Hybrid)</p><p><b>Compensation:</b> Conditional & negotiable base salary + performance-based commission</p><p><b>Earning Potential:</b> Commission up to $6,000-$10,000 per month based on performance</p><p><b>Office Location:</b></p><p>1 Dundas St W, Suite , Toronto, ON M5G 1Z3</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>EduGlobal Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Admissions Advisor / Sales Representative to support student recruitment and enrollment growth. This position is sales-focused and performance-driven, suited for professionals who are comfortable working with targets and motivated by commission-based earnings.</p><p>The successful candidate will engage with qualified leads provided by the company, conduct structured consultations, and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Manage inbound and outbound leads provided by the organization</li><li>Conduct professional consultations by phone, virtual meeting, and in person</li><li>Present education programs and funding options clearly and ethically</li><li>Convert qualified prospects into enrolled students</li><li>Maintain accurate records using CRM systems</li><li>Meet defined weekly and monthly performance targets</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Candidate Profile</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of sales experience (education, recruitment, financial services, or related fields preferred)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills</li><li>Comfortable with performance-based compensation structures</li></ul><p>Experience with Ontario student funding programs (OSAP, grants, loans) is considered an asset.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Compensation & Structure</b></p><ul><li>Base salary is <b>conditional and negotiable</b>, based on experience and performance</li><li>Uncapped commission structure</li><li>Monthly earning potential of $6,000-$10,000 in commission for high performers</li><li>Leads, training, CRM systems, and onboarding provided</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>How to Apply</b></p><p>Please submit your resume along with a brief note outlining relevant sales experience to:</p><p><b></b></p><p><br></p><p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
