Mission


In a strategic initiative to structure operational communications for the pharmacy division’s business units, the Advisor will design, formalize, and implement a clear and coherent operational communications guide. The role will collaborate with key stakeholders to support the governance framework, incorporating change management to sustainably embed the processes.


Responsibilities



  • Map and analyze current operational communication practices.

  • Identify friction points and improvement opportunities (Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint).

  • Ensure uniform use of templates and dissemination protocols.

  • Formalize approval and dissemination processes for operational communications.

  • Support adoption by developing training and necessary documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with corporate communications and unit governance coordinators.

  • Implement feedback mechanisms to adjust practices as needed.

  • Work with IT teams to update and optimize supporting platforms.


Qualifications



  • Minimum 5 years of project coordination/management experience.

  • Knowledge of retail operations and required change management.

  • Proficiency with collaborative digital tools (Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint).

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate across business contexts with stakeholders at multiple hierarchical levels.
