Mission
In a strategic initiative to structure operational communications for the pharmacy division’s business units, the Advisor will design, formalize, and implement a clear and coherent operational communications guide. The role will collaborate with key stakeholders to support the governance framework, incorporating change management to sustainably embed the processes.
Responsibilities
- Map and analyze current operational communication practices.
- Identify friction points and improvement opportunities (Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Ensure uniform use of templates and dissemination protocols.
- Formalize approval and dissemination processes for operational communications.
- Support adoption by developing training and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate closely with corporate communications and unit governance coordinators.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to adjust practices as needed.
- Work with IT teams to update and optimize supporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project coordination/management experience.
- Knowledge of retail operations and required change management.
- Proficiency with collaborative digital tools (Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate across business contexts with stakeholders at multiple hierarchical levels.
