The Aesthetician will play a key role in enhancing client experiences through personalized treatments and expert advice, contributing to the overall success of our spa or salon.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Perform a range of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care</li><li>Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products</li><li>Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations</li><li>Assist clients at the front desk with check-in, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services and products</li><li>Conduct product demos and upsell skincare or beauty products to enhance client results and satisfaction</li><li>Provide professional hair styling services when required, including nail care services as part of comprehensive beauty offerings</li><li>Engage in retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to ensure optimal results</li><li>Support team efforts in maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or skincare specialist</li><li>Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean treatment environment</li><li>Ability to promote retail sales through effective upselling techniques while prioritizing guest needs</li><li>Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients at the front desk and during consultations</li><li>Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus but not required</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed; a professional appearance and demeanor are essential</li></ul><p>Join our team as an Aesthetician where you can showcase your skills in a dynamic environment dedicated to enhancing beauty and wellness.</p><p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time</p><p>Pay: $17.42-$28.89 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
