As a Application Engineer & Technical Services Support you will be providing technical support for integrated robotic abrasives and tooling to Integrators, and Robotic Manufacturers across North America. You will primarily be selling to purchasing departments.

In this role you will be the bridge between integrators, robotic manufacturers, and internal teams. You will also build partnerships and design tailored solutions.

This is a newly created position and will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The base salary is $85,000 – $95,000 plus bonuses

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:


• Head Office – Montreal, Canada
• Working remote from home when not on site with clients
• The sales territory is North America with a focus on the GTA
• Regular visits to integrators, robotic arm manufacturers, and customers across North America
• Full-time – Monday to Friday

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:


• 5+ years of experience in sales support for robotics automation
• Electrical Engineering Degree an asset

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES:


• Partner with a global team to bring world-class automation solutions to life.
• Collaborate with integrators and robotic manufacturers to develop applications for end-of-arm tooling.
• Conduct live demonstrations and product trials, showcasing innovative abrasive
solutions in real-world scenarios.
• Lead technical training sessions, empowering internal teams and customers with the
knowledge to succeed.
• Pioneer customer-centric solutions, working hand-in-hand to overcome challenges
and deliver exceptional results.
• Provide critical insights to R&D, shaping the evolution of product lines.
• Travel extensively across Canada, and eventually the USA and Mexico, to support
customers and build relationships.

OVERNIGHT TRAVEL:


• 10% – 25% (up to 5 days per month) regular visits to integrators, robotic arm manufacturers, and customers across North America required

SUPPORT & TRAINING:


• Job Shadowing
• Mentoring
• Classroom
• Mandatory 2 – 3 week product training in Finland
• 3- 6 months of sales training
• 3- 6 months of technical training
• Within 3 months you will be working with clients
