CA$55,000.00/yr - CA$70,000.00/yr


We are looking for a dedicated Assistant General Manager – General Manager in Training who is excited to take the next step in their career. As an Assistant General Manager



  • Support the General Manager with the profitability of the store.

  • Utilize Earls’ selection, development and recognition programs to create an engaging leader and partner experience.

  • Own all front of house routines, systems and procedures to ensure consistency and profitability.

  • Improve results by developing action plans with the leadership team.

  • Achieve flawless operations by developing and executing an annual business plan with the General Manager.


What we need from you



  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role.

  • A passion for service and a strong desire to pursue a career in hospitality.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

  • A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.

  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guest.

  • A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.

  • The ability to legally work in Canada.
