<p><b>Hourly Rate:</b> $25.41 plus a $1 Night Shift Premium</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the store’s nighttime operations, including the fresh side, to ensure safety and security.</li>
<li>Put up orders, stock shelves, and build displays.</li>
<li>Face, merchandise, and reorganise displaced items to keep the store in customer-ready condition.</li>
<li>Complete nighttime temperature and alarm checks.</li>
<li>Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.</li>
<li>Adhere to all product rotation and cleaning requirements and schedules.</li>
<li>Assist and support in guiding, training and supervising employees.</li>
<li>Act as a back‑up to the Manager, overseeing the department’s operations in their absence.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You’ll Need to Succeed</h3>
<ul>
<li>A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>Previous experience in the grocery retail industry.</li>
<li>Availability to work between 10 PM and 8 AM during the week and on weekends.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.</li>
<li>Previous leadership experience is required.</li>
<li>Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.</li>
<li>Food Handlers certificate would be a plus.</li>
