Position Overview
We're seeking a bold, data-driven marketing leader to shape and lead Georgian's international marketing strategy. Reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing & Communications and working as part of Georgian's integrated Marketing, Communications, Recruitment and Events (MCRE) team — in close partnership with the International department — this role drives brand positioning, guides global marketing investment, informs enrolment strategy, and mitigates risk across priority international markets.
This is an opportunity to make immediate impact by strengthening Georgian's global brand, accelerating sustainable enrolment growth, and expanding our presence in both international student recruitment (B2C) and professional workforce development (B2B).

Key Responsibilities
Brand strategy and marketing leadership
Lead international brand strategy within Georgian's brand standards and architecture, building awareness and equity across priority global markets through a cohesive, differentiated presence.
Analyze international market performance, demand signals, and campaign outcomes; translate insights into aligned enrolment priorities that mitigate risk and respond to changing market conditions.
Develop strategic B2B and B2C marketing and conversion plans that drive enrolment growth and optimize the full enrolment funnel.
Shape core marketing content and creative direction, ensuring brand-aligned execution across paid, owned and shared channels.
Lead website, digital marketing, and content strategies that support growth, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable results across priority markets.
Data, technology and performance optimization
Provide strategic leadership of CRM and marketing automation platforms, including lead-nurture design, funnel optimization, segmentation, and performance reporting.
Interpret and deliver market intelligence, campaign insights, and performance analysis to inform investment decisions and improve ROI.
Lead budget planning and management, ensuring disciplined resource allocation aligned to enrolment and business objectives.
Cross-functional collaboration
Play a strategic leadership role across functions and departments, interpreting and delivering market intelligence, campaign insights, and performance analysis to inform executive decision-making and enrolment strategy.
Identify, engage, and oversee marketing agencies and external vendors, managing complex, multi-agency relationships across regions and time zones while ensuring culturally informed, brand-aligned communications.
Strengthen Georgian's credibility and visibility among external partners by amplifying its presence at key international forums and industry events.
Qualifications
A degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing and brand management experience within complex or multi-market environments.
Strong understanding of the complexities of international markets and appropriate marketing strategies, with strong awareness of regional cultural dynamics.
Strong design sensibility and writing skills, with the ability to both lead agency partners and personally develop compelling, brand-aligned content across digital, social, and campaign channels as needed.
Proven experience providing creative direction, managing agency relationships, and translating strategy into effective briefs and executions that deliver measurable results.
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills to lead cross-functional collaboration.
Proven track record in digital marketing and enrolment funnel management, with strong working knowledge of enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to manage agency and vendor partnerships across diverse cultural contexts, ensuring effective collaboration and locally relevant execution.
Experience applying market intelligence and competitive insights to multi-year international marketing and risk-mitigation strategies.
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones to support global partners and initiatives.
Strong cultural competency and sensitivity, with proven experience engaging international audiences in ways that are respectful, authentic, and effective.
