Our firm offers a high volume of challenging and rewarding work, a supportive tight-knit community, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.</p><p>Join us and discover why Cunningham Swan LLP is the perfect place to grow both professionally and personally.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Drafting and reviewing pleadings, briefs and other court documents</li><li>Meeting with clients</li><li>Working on arbitrations, mediations, discoveries, and trials</li><li>Engaging in trial advocacy discussions and activities with an experienced team</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Between 4 to 7 years of experience in civil litigation</li><li>Strong legal writing, analytical and research skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication and practice management skills</li><li>A desire for continuous learning and growth</li><li>Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience will be considered under appropriate circumstances</li></ul><p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
