Playmakers Gaming Lounge is looking for a friendly, confident, and reliable VLT Bartender to join our team. We have a strong base of regular guests and a supportive environment and were looking for someone who can provide great service while maintaining a professional atmosphere on the gaming floor.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to guests
- Assist guests with VLT machines (basic troubleshooting, payouts, machine checks)
- Handle payouts and cash responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gaming and bar area
- Provide excellent guest service and help create a positive environment
- Stay calm and professional in a fast-paced setting
- Follow all gaming, alcohol, and safety regulations
What Were Looking For:
- Bartending experience
- Experience with VLTs or gaming environments (preferable)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to remain composed and professional in emotionally charged situations (guests may be excited or disappointed during gameplay)
- Reliability, responsibility, and strong cash-handling skills
