<p>Project Description</p><p>We are in the midst of a major ERP transformation, implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud to modernize our sourcing, procurement, contracting, and supplier management processes.</p><p>This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all cutover activities and ensuring a smooth transition into Hypercare support following Go-Live. This individual will work closely with the Program Management Office (PMO), Functional Leads, Technical Integration Teams, and Business Stakeholders and Organization Change Management (OCM) team to deliver a seamless migration from SAP to Oracle Fusion ERP.</p><p><br></p><p>This role will be leading the cutover process in collaboration with the integrator (2 in a box model), from planning and coordination to execution. In this role, effective communication is paramount. You will create clear and compelling presentations to rally the team and convey the rationale and significance of the cutover plan to diverse audiences. As a supportive leader, you will provide thorough coaching to team members to ensure they fully grasp the required activities, building their confidence and ensuring a successful transition to Hypercare post-Go-Live</p><p><br></p><p><b>Activities</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Cutover Planning & Execution</b></p><p> </p><ul><li>Develop and own the <b>Cutover Strategy</b>, aligning it with project timelines, testing outcomes, and business readiness checkpoints.</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Coordinate with functional and technical teams to identify and sequence <b>cutover tasks </b>(data migration, configuration migration, user provisioning, system validation, and communication).</li><li>Prepare and maintain a <b>detailed cutover runbook </b>and drive rehearsals (mock cutovers plans, RACI and readiness assessment).</li><li>Manage cutover command center during Go-Live to ensure smooth execution and real-time issue resolution.</li><li>Collaborate with Infrastructure, Integration, and Data Migration teams to validate system and interface readiness.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Hypercare Management</p><p> </p><ul><li>Lead <b>go-live command center operations </b>from the project office perspective, managing communication, escalation, and decision tracking.</li><li>Develop and execute the <b>Hypercare Governance Framework and Support Plan </b>including issue triage processes, escalation paths, and performance monitoring considering the current project structure and stakeholders.</li><li><b>Communicate and socialize </b>the Hypercare Support Plan with the project stakeholder to engage and build consensus on the roles and responsibilities of the various teams and their required engagement.</li><li>Establish and manage Hypercare governance cadence (daily standups, issue dashboards, SLA tracking).</li><li>Ensure smooth transition from project Hypercare to steady-state support teams (internal or managed service).</li><li>Capture lessons learned, root-cause analysis, and stabilization reports for continuous improvement.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Stakeholder and Communication Management</p><p> </p><ul><li>Serve as the single point of contact for cutover and hypercare activities.</li><li>Work in <b>collaboration with the project OCM team </b>to deliver and socialize elements of the Hypercare Support plan to all stakeholders.</li><li>Provide clear reporting and progress updates to the <b>Project Office and Business Sponsors</b>.</li><li>Ensure alignment with external system owners (Salesforce, Workday, custom broadcast applications) on cutover dependencies.</li><li>Communicate status, impacts, and decision points to all stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.</li><li>Manage communication to end-users on system availability, downtime, and post-Go-Live support.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Governance and Quality</p><p> </p><ul><li>Lead readiness checkpoints and go/no-go reviews with project and executive leadership.</li><li>Identify, monitor, and mitigate cutover and post-go-live risks and dependencies.</li><li>Define and monitor <b>success metrics </b>for cutover and hypercare performance.</li><li>Maintain compliance with internal audit, IT security, and data governance standards.</li><li>Participate in risk and issue management processes, identifying mitigations early.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Service Requirements - Qualifications Essential</p><ul><li>10+ years of ERP program experience, including <b>3-5 full lifecycle cutovers </b>for <b>Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, or equivalent </b>enterprise systems.</li><li>Demonstrated success leading <b>cutover and hypercare phases </b>in multi-stream, multi-integration ERP programs.</li><li>Strong understanding of <b>Oracle Fusion ERP modules </b>(particularly Supply Chain Management (SCM), ERP (finance,project management, capital assets ), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).</li><li>Experience with <b>complex integration landscapes </b>(e.g., Salesforce, Workday, custom applications) and <b>adept at building consensus </b>in a landscape that involves multiple key stakeholders with varying objectives.</li><li>Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains.</li><li>Proficiency in <b>project planning tools </b>(e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred </p><ul><li>Familiarity with <b>data migration </b>and <b>change management </b>frameworks.</li></ul><p></p>
