Pay Rate: $20-25/hour, based on experience
Work hours/ Heures de travail – Horaires : Lundi – Jeudi de 8h30-18h et Vendredi de 8h30-16h, Pas de week-end !
Très bien situé, facilement accessible en transport en commun et à proximité des grands axes routiers
Responsabilités:
Recouvrement des comptes en discutant de la situation avec le client ;
l’élaboration de solutions ;
l’obtention des paiements, le maintien des paiements en tenant compte des transactions et en surveillant les paiements ;
assurer le suivi des paiements pour obtenir les donnees exactes des paiements ;
Assurer la tentative de localisation de nouvelles données des clients
Required Skills:
Keep a positive attitude and good behaviour on the phone
Attention to detail and meticulousness are a must
Previous experience in a call center or customer service department preferred
Strong communication skills with increased fluency in conversational English
