Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work for one of our top global tech clients in Quebec, Canada!.
Our client is a prominent global technology company looking for Inside Sales Representatives to help grow and scale their client base!
Pay: CAN$25-$28/hr.
Location: _Remote- Montreal, Quebec, CAN_
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Key responsibilities:
* Identify and research potential customers, generating new business opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, in-person and social media outreach.
* Make 50+ outbound sales calls daily to prospects, delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to drive interest in our products and services.
* Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer success team for onboarding.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
Mandatory skills/qualifications:
* Bilingual in English/French
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* Experience: New graduate or up to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, cold calling, or a similar field.
* Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using technology and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Groove) to manage sales activities.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple
