<p>Join our Lease Maturity team at SCI Lease Corp., where we are actively engaged in leasing Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, and Maserati vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, becoming a key team member in developing and executing a lease maturity strategy. You will play an essential role in enhancing the lessee and dealer experience, maximizing residual values, and contributing to the design and maintenance of critical business systems.</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li>Engage with Customers and Dealers to deliver an optimal lease maturity experience, focusing on retaining loyal customers and supporting returning lessees.</li><li>Manage phone queues, email and call campaigns to address lease maturity inquiries, inspection requests, and customer intent concerns</li><li>Review lease returns to ensure all payments have been collected and that wear and tear parameters are properly disclosed, including any required adjustments</li><li>Assist and support in the distribution and initial follow-up of Lease Maturity Statements related to excessive kilometers or excess wear and tear</li><li>Assist in the collections of Lease Maturity Statements</li><li>Support the collection of required documents and resolution of deficiencies for processing direct lessee buyouts.</li><li>Address all lease maturity customer inquiries</li><li>Assist with lease extension requests</li><li>Support Q&A in reviewing and issuing lease maturity statements</li><li>Assist and support Quality Assurance team with lease maturity statement adjustment requests</li><li>Assist and support Remarketing team with inventory management and or dealer follow up</li><li>Other duties as may be assigned</li></ul><p>BEHAVIOURAL</p><ul><li>Optimistic, Positive, proactive individual who is open to feedback and thrives in a collaborative fast paced environment</li><li>Friendly and optimistic individual who finds it easy to get along with everyone</li><li>Ambitious, self-starter with an eagerness to learn new things</li><li>Proactive problem solver with a mind for efficiency and quality</li><li>Empathetic; able to relate to customers</li><li>Solid team player who can also work independently</li><li>Creative out of the box thinker</li><li>Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude</li><li>Leads by example</li><li>Open minded and able to adapt to change</li></ul><p>SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul><li>Customer focused</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills</li><li>Ability to manage regular interruptions to work-flow</li><li>Strong time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills</li><li>Aptitude for simple mathematical calculations</li><li>Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines</li><li>Able to handle large volumes of work</li><li>Able to prioritize work</li><li>Analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills</li><li>Strong teamwork skills</li><li>Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement</li></ul><p>EXPERIENCE</p><ul><li>1-3 years in an administrative/customer service role</li><li>Previous leasing or automotive experience is considered an asset</li><li>Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li></ul><p>EDUCATION</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree preferred</li><li>Proficient written and verbal skills in English and French</li></ul><p>REPORT TO: Team Lead - Lease Maturity</p><p>Our organization will, on request, provide accommodations for disabilities to support your participation in all aspects of our Recruitment Process.
