Introduction

Our client is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Concord, Ontario office. This is a fully in-office position designed for someone who thrives in a structured environment and values long-term career stability. Fluency in French and English is required.


What You'll Do

You will be responsible for full-cycle sales order management and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and clients in the food and grocery sector. Your accuracy, communication, and organizational skills will directly support the outside sales team and ensure that customer needs are met efficiently.


Responsibilities

• Enter and manage approximately 20 customer orders per day using an internal ERP system

• Coordinate order updates with outside sales representatives

• Follow up with accounting on credit approvals and with purchasing on special order items

• Manage RMAs and track open orders through to completion

• Distribute sales orders for internal processing and shipping coordination

• Run daily reports to expedite and monitor outstanding orders

• Communicate effectively with various internal departments


Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in French and English, spoken and written

• 2 to 3 years of experience in order entry or customer service within a product-based environment

• Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail

• Confident communicator with solid organizational abilities

• Post-secondary education required

• Willingness to complete a criminal background check post-offer


Benefits

• Base salary between $50,000 and $55,000, up to $60,000 for highly experienced candidates
