Responsibilities include managing staff, fostering a positive environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and proper branch operation. The role involves implementing strategies to increase productivity and achieve sales targets, contributing to the expansion and success of the business.</p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Delhi</p><p><strong>Reporting to:</strong> Director</p><p><strong>Roles And Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide operational support for Air & Sea Import/Export, Freight Forwarding, Transporters, and other service providers.</li><li>Plan logistics operations, coordinate transportation, and communicate with vendors, agents, shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders.</li><li>Handle primary communications and escalations with agents and customers.</li><li>Manage intra-branch escalations and mitigation.</li><li>Prepare bills and submit documents to clients.</li><li>Manage finance and accounts for the branch.</li><li>Evaluate and improve team processes to maximize efficiency and customer value.</li><li>Oversee HR and administrative activities at the branch.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Development Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and develop corporate clients.</li><li>Enhance branch and company presence and reputation.</li><li>Share knowledge on effective practices and business opportunities.</li><li>Meet sales goals and metrics.</li><li>Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.</li><li>Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Graduate/Post Graduate with knowledge of Customs clearance (Import & Export) and Business Development.</li><li>5+ years of relevant experience as a Branch Manager or similar role.</li><li>G pass Customs pass holder preferred.</li><li>Ability to meet sales and operational goals.</li><li>Knowledge of import/export customs clearance.</li><li>Strong communication, organizational skills, result-oriented attitude, proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>Ability to streamline operations for clients.</li></ul><p><strong>Seniority level:</strong> Mid-Senior level</p><p><strong>Employment type:</strong> Full-time</p><p><strong>Job function:</strong> Sales and Business Development</p><p><strong>Industries:</strong> Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Storage</p>
