Benefits: Health Insurance (includes Virtual Health, and HCSA) Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-term Disability Short-term Disability RRSP Match Paid Vacation Floating Days Employee Assistance Program Employee Engagement Events Awards and Recognition Tuition reimbursement Service Awards Employee Perks & Discounts Job Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the local retail branch Mentoring and growing your core team, recognizing that a manager’s success is only possible with a strong team Working closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products Qualifications College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 5 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience Valid driver’s license Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations Authorized to work in Canada Ability to travel LI-AB1
