<p><p>We are seeking a Manager that is organized and customer‑focused to manage the day‑to‑day operations of a small and growing construction services business. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, estimating and planning work, maintaining strong customer relationships, and helping grow the business by identifying new opportunities.</p><h3>Benefits & Perks</h3>

<h3>Operations & Crew Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Organize, schedule, and manage crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate daily and weekly work plans across multiple projects.</li>
<li>Ensure teams have required tools, equipment, materials, and supplies before work begins.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Estimating & Planning</h3>
<ul>
<li>Review project requirements and prepare accurate job estimates.</li>
<li>Plan labour, materials, and timelines for upcoming work.</li>
<li>Monitor job progress, costs, and productivity to maintain profitability.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Customer Service & Communication</h3>
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service issues.</li>
<li>Resolve issues professionally and promptly to maintain strong client relationships.</li>
<li>Conduct site visits and follow‑ups as required.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Team Leadership</h3>
<ul>
<li>Hire, onboard, and train staff.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing coaching, direction, and performance feedback.</li>
<li>Foster a positive, accountable, and safety‑focused work environment.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Business Growth & Future Planning</h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify new business opportunities, repeat customers, and potential markets.</li>
<li>Support long‑term planning and continuous improvement of operations and processes.</li>
<li>Recommend improvements to workflows, materials, or services.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications & Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Post‑secondary education preferred or equivalent experience in construction, trades, or working with construction materials.</li>
<li>Experience leading crews or supervising staff in a construction or service‑based environment.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills.</li>
<li>Experience estimating work and understanding job costing.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li>
</ul>
