Twelvio (a trademark owned by Blazesoft Ltd) is a performance-driven marketing agency helping brands grow through strategy, creativity, and execution. We work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver measurable results. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Communications Manager to support our marketing operations and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Develop and implement a social media strategy that supports our marketing and growth goals
• Manage and oversee all social channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, etc.) and ensure consistent, on brand content
• Create, curate and schedule high quality content posts, images, short form video and other formats that resonate with our player community
• Monitor conversations, respond to comments and messages and actively engage with followers to build a positive, active community
• Stay current on social trends, platform changes and gaming culture and bring fresh ideas into our content plans
Email Marketing
• Plan and execute email campaigns to support game launches, promotions, events and player re-engagement
• Work with our data and CRM teams to segment audiences based on behaviour and preferences
• Build clear, on brand email templates and copy that drive opens and clicks
• Track performance open rates, click through, conversions and use insights to optimize future sends
Community and Player Engagement
• Partner with customer support to ensure player feedback, concerns and questions on social and via email are addressed quickly and professionally
• Help plan and run online events, contests and giveaways that encourage participation and interaction
• Collaborate with creators, influencers and gaming communities to extend our reach and brand awareness
Analytics and Reporting
• Monitor social and email performance using the platform and analytics tools
• Report regularly on channel growth, engagement and campaign results and use data to refine strategy and hit KPIs
Requirements
• Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in gaming, entertainment, or iGaming
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and how to tailor content for each
• Hands on experience with social media management tools, email platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong eye for content and detail
• Genuine interest in gaming and online communities
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast moving environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is an asset, but not mandatory
