<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>IN Engineering + Planning is a multi-disciplinary professional firm offering consulting services that integrates Design, Planning, Engineering, and Construction. We specialize in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional construction and development projects—whether large or small. Based in Brockville, Ontario, the company provides services throughout Eastern Ontario—including Kingston, Ottawa, Cornwall, Perth, Smiths Falls, and Kemptville.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Produce architectural plans for various styles of construction for residential and commercial projects.</li><li>Work with the engineering, design, and planning teams to coordinate multi-disciplinary projects.</li><li>Work with the client or contractor directly to meet design expectations.</li><li>Use SketchUp to produce 3D models and drawing packages.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>BCIN Qualification in Legal, Small Buildings & Structures</li><li>Minimum of five years’ experience working as an architectural designer.</li><li>Experience putting together permit drawing packages to OBCT Part 9.</li><li>Experience in 3D Modelling & BIM with SketchUp.</li><li>Class G Ontario Driver\'s License</li><li>Ability to work in the office initially.</li><li>An Engineering Technician (2 year) diploma.</li><li>Interested in construction and engineering.</li><li>Technical drawing with AutoCAD required</li><li>Experience with SketchUp and Layout an asset.</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li>We offer intriguing professional opportunities.
