Your Responsibilities

  • You'll oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of commercial properties, ensuring all systems are running efficiently.
  • You'll liaise with tenants regularly to build strong, positive relationships and respond promptly to service requests.
  • You'll coordinate contractors and on-site staff to maintain building systems, structures, and equipment.
  • You'll conduct inspections, implement preventative maintenance programs, and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • You'll provide after-hours coverage on a rotational basis, supporting the safety and convenience of tenants and visitors.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building operations or 2-4 years in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Industry-related designations (BES, BOMI SMT/SMA) are preferred.
  • Valid Class G driver's license required.
