Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $65,000 – $85,000, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Direct a production crew of up to 5 workers to achieve optimal plant performance.
- Perform daily plant maintenance, including preventative measures to ensure equipment longevity.
- Operate GENCOR 300 TPH Asphalt plants efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement effective safety protocols to minimize risks and promote a culture of safety within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience operating asphalt production plants, preferably with direct GENCOR plant experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to travel to different locations as required.
- Must be eligible for membership in the Union of Operating Engineers OE955.
- Strong supervisory and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and short notice shifts.
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a drug and alcohol screen and fitness to work assessment.
