We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to lead our sales efforts and drive our firm’s growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing new clients, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with businesses seeking benefits and pension advisory services.
- Implement business development strategies through strategic outreach, follow-ups, and client engagements.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and position Joseph Partners as their trusted advisory partner.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Represent Joseph Partners at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies based on market trends and client insights.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives that generate new business opportunities and increase brand awareness.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and prospective clients, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to client.
- Foster strong relationships with HR leaders, finance executives, and key decision-makers.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and a best-in-class client experience.
Who You Are
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally within professional services, financial services, or employee benefits.
- Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Interest or experience in benefits and pensions advisory is an asset but not required.
