We’re building a new Advertising Division to help small businesses across Ontario—and soon North America—grow through strategic, results-driven marketing. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the early stage of expansion and play a key role in shaping its growth. You’ll lead recruiting, training, and sales initiatives while developing your own team and advancing quickly into senior leadership.


What You’ll Do



  • Recruit, train, and lead a network of sales representatives across Canada and the U.S.

  • Sell and promote advertising and marketing programs for small businesses.

  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Coach your team through weekly virtual meetings and goal-setting sessions.

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine products, strategy, and growth systems.


What We’re Looking For



  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, or business development.

  • Confident communicator with strong English writing and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about leadership and growth.

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.


Compensation & Growth



  • Base salary: $40,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience.

  • Uncapped commissions: $60–$1,000 per sale.

  • Team overrides: 20% bonus on every sale made by your recruited team.

  • Career advancement to General Sales Manager or Vice President within 12–24 months.
