Securities Lawyer for top firm in Calgary with experience in:
- Capital Markets and Securities
- Public & Private Equity and Debt Financing
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Plans of Arrangement
- Takeover Bids
- Corporate Governance and Compliance
- Stock Exchange Matters
- Corporate Commercial
- All other matters as required

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 6 years Securities Associate large firm lawyer experience
- Member in good standing, Law Society of Canadian jurisdiction
