We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our construction and manufacturing team. Minimum Experience required: 10 Years
Duties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute project tasks accurately
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, siding, roofing, and siding materials with precision
- Conduct construction painting and caulking to ensure finished surfaces meet quality standards
- Assist with framing, carpentry, woodworking, and assembly tasks across various projects
- Execute plumbing and electrical installations adhering to safety codes and specifications
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures as needed
- Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to support project timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Experience with roofing, siding, and tile laying
- Skilled in carpentry, woodworking, cabinetry installation, flooring installation, and general construction painting
- Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing installation or repair
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and other relevant equipment safely
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes
- Handyman experience is a plus for versatile project support
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical endurance
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow technical drawings accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site
