The role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Catering Sales Manager to help lead our catering division. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for driving in outbound sales. This role will strongly focus on business development and specifically proactive outreach. We are looking for someone who loves the excitement of sales! This job involves overseeing all aspects of catering; hunting down business, contracting, account management, planning and coordinating catering events while ensuring high-quality food and service delivery.

You will work alongside the Director of Sales & Events to develop, organize and assist in delivering sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that goals are met through strategic planning, initiation and implementation of proven sales & promotional/marketing techniques. The Catering Sales Manager will contribute to meeting and exceeding departmental sales targets through the acquisition of new and existing clients.



What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in catering sales
  • A passion for sales
  • A proven track record for meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Effective problem solver, multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Client rolodex
  • Ability to work independently and with a large team

Job Type: Full-time



Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
