Senior Ceramist – Dental Laboratory

Are you an experienced and skilled ceramist looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic dental lab environment? We are currently seeking a Senior Ceramist with a strong background in dental technology. If you have a minimum of five years of experience in a dental laboratory setting, we would love to hear from you! Relocation assistance and signing bonuses are available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and adjust dental prostheses, including crowns and bridges, ensuring a precise fit with proper contacts, margins, and contours.
- Perform full ceramic build-ups, including complex bridges, implant cases, all-ceramic crowns, inlays, onlays, and veneers.
- Hand-layer porcelain for optimal aesthetics.
- Apply a full range of tooth shades to match natural dentition.
- Perform final glaze applications and oversee the firing process at each required stage.
- Stain and glaze various types of restorations for a natural finish.
- Conduct custom shade appointments with patients.
- Ensure quality control and high standards for all cases.
- Provide case consultations with dentists to discuss treatment plans and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certification as a Registered Dental Technician or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in dental technology.
- Experience in CAD design is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of porcelain pressing technology, crown morphology, and case design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of personnel and clients.

Technicien Dentaire – Céramiste Senior

Nous recherchons un(e) Céramiste Senior expérimenté(e) et talentueux(se) pour rejoindre notre laboratoire dentaire. Si vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un laboratoire dentaire, cette opportunité pourrait être idéale pour vous! Nous offrons une aide à la relocalisation et des primes à l’embauche pour les candidat(e)s qualifié(e)s.
Responsabilités Principales :
- Évaluer et ajuster les prothèses dentaires (couronnes et ponts) pour assurer un ajustement précis en termes de contacts, marges et contours.
- Effectuer la construction de prothèses en céramique, y compris des ponts complexes, des restaurations implantaires, des couronnes tout-céramique, des inlays, onlays et facettes.
- Superposer manuellement la porcelaine pour une esthétique optimale.
- Appliquer l’ensemble des teintes dentaires pour garantir un rendu naturel et harmonieux.
- Réaliser l’application des glaçures finales et superviser la cuisson des restaurations à chaque étape du processus.
- Assurer la teinture et la glaçure des différentes restaurations.
- Accueillir les patients pour des rendez-vous d’ombrage personnalisé.
- Effectuer le contrôle qualité des cas traités.
- Collaborer avec les dentistes pour la planification et la conception des cas.
Qualifications & Compétences:
- Diplôme de technicien dentaire ou équivalent en formation et expérience.
- Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en technologie dentaire.
- Expérience en conception assistée par ordinateur (CAD) est un atout.
- Connaissance approfondie des technologies de pressage de porcelaine, de la morphologie des couronnes et de la conception des prothèses fixes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Maîtrise du français et/ou de l’anglais.
