<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>A family-owned and well-established general practice in the Olympic Village community is looking for two full-time Certified Dental Assistants to join its enthusiastic team. The office describes itself as a casual environment with a lot of laughter, yet it&#39;s very busy and professional at the same time.</p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Mondays through Thursdays, 7:30am - 5:30pm (patients from 8:00am - 5:00pm)</li><li>No weekends or evenings required</li></ul><p>Compensation & Benefits:</p><ul><li>Wage: $32-$37/hour, based on experience and alignment with requirements</li><li>Health spending account of $1,000</li><li>Dental treatment</li><li>Flexible holidays</li><li>Fees for continuing education</li><li>Parking is not included: a spot is available for $80/month.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Certified as a dental assistant - level 2, under <strong>BCCOHP</strong></li><li><strong>Two years of experience</strong> as a dental assistant in Canada is required</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Cleardent </strong>is an asset</li><li>Comfortable with <strong>implants </strong>or willing to learn a surgical setup</li><li>Must have a commute time of <strong>45 minutes or less</strong>, whether by transit or driving.</li><li>Great communication skills and a strong command of the <strong>English </strong>language</li><li>A self-starter who asks questions instead of waiting to be told</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and possesses a very strong work ethic</li></ul>If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with you updated resume and expect a text message from us if you are qualified.</p></p>
