Change and Release Manager

"Total Experience: 6-8 years
Required Skill Sets:
- Release Management Plan, schedule, and execute release lifecycles across multiple teams and environments, including development, testing, staging, and production.
- Change Control CAB Act as the gatekeeper for technical changes by chairing the Change Advisory Board (CAB), assessing, approving, and prioritizing changes to minimize risk to cloud services.
- Cloud Deployment Coordinate Go-Live activities, manage deployment automation (CI/CD), and ensure the integrity of applications, particularly in Cloud SaaS PaaS environments.
- Risk Mitigation Proactively identify and resolve potential risks to release scope, quality, and timelines.
- Coordination Communication Act as a bridge between development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
