Qualifications
- Childcare and Working With Children skills
- Training in social services-related fields
- Experience in event planning
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle emotional situations with sensitivity
- Knowledge of child development and family dynamics
- Previous experience in child and youth care or related fields is an asset
- Diploma or degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or a related field
