Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients.</li><li>Coordinate short- and long-term solutions based on insurance policy coverage and client needs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and communications in the CRM system.</li><li>Negotiate extensions and manage agreements with suppliers.</li><li>Resolve sensitive issues with clients and various stakeholders.</li><li>Provide regular updates to all stakeholders throughout the process.</li><li>Adapt to changes in schedules, availability, or client requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and operations teams to ensure service consistency.</li></ul>

Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in customer service or support roles within insurance, hospitality, real estate, or related fields.</li><li>Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Comfortable with CRM systems and detailed data entry.</li><li>Knowledge of tenancy laws and insurance practices is an asset.</li><li>Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset (not required).</li><li>Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.</li><li>Empathy, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.</li></ul>
