We are a progressive, safe, fair and competitive boutique cleaning business in the Greater Toronto Area, in business for 14 years. We are looking to expand our team by one professional cleaner as soon as possible. The job description and core qualities we are looking for are as follows:
– provide high-quality, consistent and efficient cleaning services for homes, condos, apartments, small businesses and Airbnbs in the Greater Toronto Area.
– one year of similar work experience.
– flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
– proficiency in English language.
– ability to work independently or as part of a team.
– professionalism in dealing with general public, answering questions and accommodating cleaning requests.
– adaptability in last-minute schedule changes.
– display a good work ethic, positive attitude and motivated with little direction required.
– part-time opportunity, 20 – 30 hours per week, with the possibility of full-time.
– police check required.
– this is a contract position, with salary starting at $17.5/hour, with a 3 percent annual increase in January to a maximum of 5 years.
– first 3 months are a probationary period.
– you must have good physical endurance and able to bend and lift light-weight objects, cleaning equipment and furniture.
– we provide all cleaning products, equipment, safety equipment and supplies.
