We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing our cleaning services division, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service and that our team of cleaners are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of an establishment providing services such as dry cleaning, hairdressing or residential cleaning, or a school providing non-vocational instruction in driving, languages, music, dance, art, cooking or fashion
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Hire, train and supervise staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the cleaning industry
- Proven track record of managing and supervising a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
