 <br>Your Role:<br>As a CEC, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process. From greeting customers to coordinating repair timelines, your role is key to building trust and ensuring satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.</li><li>Guide customers through the collision repair process.</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage repair bookings.</li><li>Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance providers.</li><li>Provide updates to customers on repair status.</li><li>Handle documentation, invoicing, and file processing.</li><li>Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment.</li><li>Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul>

What You Bring:<ul><li>Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive or collision industry an asset).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Mitchell or other repair systems is an asset.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving records.</li></ul>
