CNC Machine Operator - Night Shift

We’re looking to add a skilled machine operator to our night shift team; however, we’re also open to considering motivated trainees who meet our qualifications. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing finishing operations in a fast-paced environment, with typical run times of 1–3 minutes.</p><p>Tackpoint uses the latest equipment and has strong process controls in place to ensure efficient operations to produce high-tolerance, precision custom bearings for unique applications. Bring your skills to a growing company that values its people and offers a clean, organized, and friendly work environment.</p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Experience operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls</li><li>Able to set up independently</li><li>Competence with common measuring tools including calipers and micrometers</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Successful completion of high school with strong competency in math</li><li>Naturally quick, being able to move efficiently to monitor multiple things in progress</li><li>Organized and detail-orientated with accuracy and quality as a priority</li><li>Must be flexible and open to assisting in any areas needed.
